History:  Graduated in April 1995 from Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore, India.  An internship and residency in Orthopedics were completed in Bangalore from 1995 to 1997.  Next, residencies in Family Practice and Surgery were completed at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York from 1999 to 2003. In November 2003, began practicing at Madison Medical Center.

History:  Graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 1995. Completed an internship and residency in family practice at Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport, Tennessee from July 1995 to June 1998. Began practicing in July 1998 with Cox Health in Buffalo, Missouri. Relocated to Fredericktown, MO and joined Madison Medical Center in September 2005 to open practice closer to family. Member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Osteopathic Association. Interest in preventive medicine, minor surgeries and osteopathic manipulation.

History:  Graduated in May 1988 from Medical University Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.  An internship was conducted at Brentwood Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, from August 1988 to August 1989.  Next, residencies in Family Practice and General Surgery were completed at Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, through July 1994.  A Peripheral Vascular Fellowship was performed at University of Chicago Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, from July 1994 to July 1995.  At that time, Dr. Gallagher began practicing at Parkland Hospital and then also at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in March 1996, both in Farmington, Missouri.  In April 2001, Dr. Gallagher became an active staff member at Madison Medical Center.

History:  Graduated from Kasturba Medical Center at Mangalore,  S. India in April 1965.  Internship was performed from January 1971 to December 1972 at St. Mary's Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.  Three year Internal Medicine residency was completed at St. Mary's Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri, from April 1972 to April 1975.  An affiliation with Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, from July 1975 to July 1977, and with William Newton Hospital in Winfield,  Kansas, as Chief of Staff in August 1977.  In July 1980, Dr. George joined Madison Medical Center and has remained a dedicated physician to this area for over 25 years.

History: Graduated in May 1986 from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed internship and residency at St. Louis University Hospital – Cardinal Glennon in St. Louis, Missouri, in June 1990. Dr. McGraw is Board Eligible in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Joined the medical staff in June 1990 and has been serving the community for over 16 years.

Completed residency in Radiology from August 1973 to July 1976 at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Practiced at Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana, MO from January 1978 to March 1982. Began Director of Medical Imaging position at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, MO in 1982. Added to Madison Medical Center’s staff in June 2006.

History:  Attended University of Missouri in Columbia from 1964 to 1968. Completed an internship at Menorah Medical Center in Kansas City, MO until 1969. Completed residency in Radiology from 1969 to 1972 at Mount Carmel Mercy Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Throughout career, Dr. Schaefer has worked at the US Naval Regional Hospital, Ballas Radiology in St. Louis, and Darlington Humana Hospital in South Carolina. In 1983, started practicing at University of Tennessee Memorial Hospital. From 1984 to 2005, practiced at Knoxville Outpatient Diagnostic Center, Morristown Hamblen Hospital, and Wellmont Hawkins County Hospital – all in Tennessee. Began practicing at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, MO and Madison Medical Center in 2006.

Completed a Residency in Family Practice through Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois in 1998. Attended St. Elizabeth at Franciscan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio to complete a Residency in 2000. Obtained Board Certification in 2001 while practicing at Southern Ohio Health Services Network in Washington Court House, Ohio. In 2004, began working at Victor J. Cassano/Senior Health Center in Dayton, Ohio. In 2005, relocated to Missouri, to practice at Canton Family Practice in Canton, MO. In 2008, moved to southeast Missouri, and practiced at Immediate HealthCare in Cape Girardeau, MO, before beginning practice at Madison Medical Center in July 2008.

History: Attended Mineral Area College and obtained LPN degree in 1993 and then RN degree in 1998. Completed a Master’s Degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007 to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout career, was employed at Madison Medical Center as a CNA, RN, & Infection Control Nurse with the latest position being the facility’s Director of Nurses. Began practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Madison Medical Center in 2007.

History: Attended nursing school at Lutheran Medical School of Nursing in St. Louis from 1989 to 1991 to become a Registered Nurse. Employed at Sullivan Hospital as a staff nurse from 1991 to 1993. Obtained Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis in 1996 while working as the Nursing Supervisor at the Washington County Health Department's Home Health Agency. From 1996-1997 worked at Sullivan Hospital as a nurse in home care services. From 1997 to 2002 worked with Apria Healthcare as an IV Infusion specialist and with Personal Touch, a private duty nursing company, simultaneously working on Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner program at University of Missouri at St. Louis. Became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and joined Madison Medical Center's staff in 2002.
